Women's sizing

Bust
If possible, get a friend to help. With arms relaxed at your sides, measure the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.


Under Bust (chest) 

Place a tape measure firmly around your chest and let it rest just under your bust, making sure that the tape is lying straight across your back. Pull it snug but not too tight – it shouldn't cut into your skin.

Overbust  (chest)

Place the measuring tape directly over the bust (under the armpits). Breathe normally, and measure after you've exhaled.  

Arm
Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the center back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow, and down to your wrist. The total length in inches is your sleeve length

Waist
Measure around your waist, in your underwear, at the point where your trousers would normally ride. Keep one finger between the tape and your body.

Hips
Stand with your heels together, and measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Thigh

Standing with feet shoulder-width apart, wrap the measuring tape around the thigh, where the bottom of your butt meets the top of your thighs. Make sure to keep the tape snug, but not tight, and ensure that the tape measure is level from front to back.

 Mens Sizing

Neck
Measure a shirt with a collar that fits you well. Lay the collar flat, and measure from the centre of the collar button to the far end of the buttonhole.


Chest 
If possible, get a friend to help. With arms relaxed at your sides, measure the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Arm
Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the center back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow, and down to your wrist. The total length in inches is your sleeve length
